Quality Policy

Through this document, Management intends to demonstrate its commitment to quality in line with the company’s strategies, while respecting all internal and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, staff, and the environment in which we operate), with a view to implementing an effective process of continuous improvement.

Management wishes to draw the attention of employees and collaborators to the importance of consistently ensuring the full satisfaction of customers and all stakeholders involved in our processes, always in compliance with company policies and strategies.

For this reason, Management, in cooperation with all personnel, is committed to:

  • Adequately raising staff awareness regarding the importance of maintaining constant dedication in work activities;
  • Ensuring, within the company’s possibilities, the availability of suitable resources to pursue and achieve the improvement objectives set out in the annual quality and improvement management program;
  • Committing to the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, also through the definition and updating of organizational procedures and documentation, the appointment of the Quality Representative, and the periodic review of the system;
  • Pursuing the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and applicable requirements through the definition of specific company KPIs;
  • Complying with all mandatory and applicable laws and regulations, constantly monitoring their proper implementation;
  • Establishing and defining a quality management program periodically developed on the main elements applied within the company, including:
    • compliance with corporate principles;
    • support for various customer requests;
    • evaluations and results of internal and customer audits;
    • outcomes of Management reviews;
    • results gathered and managed by the heads of various activities;
  • Ensuring compliance with all agreed and implicit customer requirements;
  • Guaranteeing conformity with applicable laws, regulations, and all subscribed requirements;
  • Ensuring strong communication, image, and reputation of our company, linked to an excellent level of service;
  • Developing appropriate business development strategies supported by suitable investments;
  • Initiating awareness activities on sustainability for all personnel and assessing their impacts;
  • Continuing to evaluate investments and proposals in support of potential explicit and implicit customer needs.

All personnel are required to:

  • Carefully review this document, understand it, and pursue the objectives stated herein;
  • Commit to the company and its customers in order to meet the explicit and implicit needs of all stakeholders;
  • Share their work experiences with colleagues, avoiding any form of professional jealousy;
  • Suggest to Management any actions deemed important for performance improvement;
  • Pursue the specific objectives of the quality management program within the agreed timeframes and methods;
  • Collect and report any issues related to equipment or products, contributing to resolving them before they can result in complaints;
  • Consolidate a culture based on facts and the assessment of potential risks;
  • Apply company rules related to sustainability, minimizing potential waste.

For the reasons and purposes set out above, this document will be reviewed annually and communicated to all roles included in the organization chart. It will also be made available to all employees, collaborators, and interested third parties on the main notice board.
